''I weigh myself and each day lost a 1b (know lose water first), but today although drank lots beforehand, went on scales and lost 3 1/2Lb and a bit in total.

Feel rested and slept good yesterday, felt shattered prior because of my thigh pain so weren’t sleeping comfortably, but a good 💤last night hooray!!

''The biggest change for me has been consistency and my habits. Facts are I’m eating so much better, and my cravings for sweets and chocolate are beginning to change, which is huge for me. I didn’t even have an Easter 🐣 this year .I’m definitely starting to feel stronger too… I went for a massage today and even got asked if I lift weights which made me smile😊!
